Legal Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 883v governing your access to and use of the 883v platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, VIP services, and financial transactions. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.
By accessing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the 883v platform available at 883v.ws (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", or "Player") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the 883v Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform.

The 883v Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 883v reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage and to suspend or permanently close any account where the 21 + age requirement cannot be verified.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 883v Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it. 883v makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available for use in all locations. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and 883v accepts no liability in such circumstances.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 883v Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. 883v is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated information held on an account.
883v operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its international licensing obligations. You may be required to submit valid government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership before your first withdrawal is processed, or at any point during your use of the Platform as 883v deems necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 883v account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 883v will treat any activity conducted through your account as activity authorised by you, and accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
In the event that you become aware of, or have reason to suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your 883v account, you must notify the 883v support team immediately at [email protected]. 883v will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the account.
883v accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as the primary account currency. All deposit amounts, bonus values, wagering requirements, withdrawal amounts, and balance displays are denominated in PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any currency conversion required in connection with a specific payment method is the responsibility of the Player and their payment provider.
883v accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise deal with your account or any balance, bonus, or loyalty points held within it. Any attempt to transfer an account or its contents to another individual will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
883v accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. 883v does not accept deposits from third-party sources — all funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Deposits processed via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 883v account balance instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to one banking business day to be credited, depending on the processing timelines of the sending institution. 883v is not liable for delays attributable to payment processors or banking intermediaries.
Withdrawals may only be requested to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the name on your 883v account. Prior to processing any withdrawal, 883v may require completion of KYC verification as described in Section 2.5. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is complete will be held in a pending state until verification is finalised.
883v processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform cashier page. Once approved, funds are typically credited to JazzCash and EasyPaisa accounts within a few hours; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three banking business days. These timeframes are targets and may be subject to variation during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. Requests may be batched if the available balance is below the minimum; the Player may continue to wager until the minimum is reached before submitting a withdrawal.
Important: 883v does not charge internal withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, over which 883v has no control. Please check your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a withdrawal.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and promotional offers issued by 883v are subject to these Terms and any additional terms stated on the relevant promotion page. Where a conflict exists between the promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence in relation to that specific offer.
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements as specified on the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements must be completed before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, contribution percentages, and expiry window are stated on each individual offer page.
883v reserves the right to void bonus awards and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that bonuses have been claimed or utilised in an abusive manner. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intent, or engaging in low-risk bonus play strategies designed to extract value without genuine gameplay risk.
Participation in the 883v VIP Programme — comprising Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Black Diamond tiers — is subject to ongoing compliance with these Terms. 883v reserves the right to adjust, recalculate, or remove VIP tier status at any time where a Player's account is found to be in breach of these Terms or where fraudulent activity is detected.
Each casino game, live dealer table, and sports betting market available on the 883v Platform operates according to specific rules accessible from within the respective game or market interface. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the applicable rules before placing a wager. 883v accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.
A bet or wager is only valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the 883v system. In sports betting, odds are subject to change until the moment of acceptance. 883v reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including where acceptance would expose the Platform to an unacceptably disproportionate liability.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest pricing error — including incorrect odds caused by data feed failure — 883v reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Players concerned. Winnings derived from a manifest error are not payable and may be reclaimed from a Player's account balance where they have already been credited.
Where a game round or bet is interrupted by a disconnection — whether on the Player's side or due to a Platform issue — the outcome of the round will be determined by the system state recorded at the point of disconnection. 883v's records of gameplay outcomes are definitive in any dispute arising from a disconnection event.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 883v Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:
883v cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies. Where prohibited conduct involves suspected criminal activity, 883v will report the matter to the relevant authorities and preserve all associated account and transaction records.
All content on the 883v Platform, including but not limited to the 883v brand name, logo, game graphics, user interface elements, text, software, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of 883v or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 883v. Unauthorised use of 883v intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 883v, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or any other intangible losses.
883v does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 883v's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Gambling involves financial risk. 883v does not guarantee that you will win any wager placed on the Platform. Past outcomes do not influence future results. You should only wager amounts you can comfortably afford to lose.

883v reserves the right to suspend any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account holder is in breach of these Terms; suspicious activity has been detected on the account; or a regulatory or licensing obligation requires the account to be suspended pending investigation.
883v may permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where: a serious breach of these Terms has been established; fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity has been confirmed; an account holder has provided materially false registration information; or the Player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
Upon termination for breach, 883v reserves the right to forfeit any account balance — including deposits, bonus funds, and pending winnings — where those funds are connected to the conduct giving rise to termination. Where termination is not attributable to Player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
You may request the closure of your 883v account at any time by contacting the support team. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC requirements and minimum withdrawal thresholds.
883v reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 883v will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the amendment taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish, request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 11.3.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 883v's international gaming licence. 883v operates under an internationally recognised online gaming regulatory framework.
In the event of a dispute between you and 883v, you are encouraged to contact the 883v support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. 883v commits to responding to formal complaints within five (5) business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body under the terms of the applicable gaming licence.
883v's records — including transaction logs, gameplay records, system logs, and communication records — shall be the primary source of evidence in any dispute and shall be presumed accurate unless demonstrated to the contrary by clear and verifiable evidence.
